Accidents and emergency conditions can happen anywhere, anytime and affect anyone. Errors or delays in initial treatment can result in further deterioration of the victim's condition which can result in disability or other complications. The position of health cadres in the community who are trained at the prehospital stage in the Integrated Emergency Service System has a very strategic position. The purpose of this community service is that it is hoped that health cadres are able to provide first aid to the surrounding community who have had an accident or emergency. Community service activities consist of theoretical training in class and skills training with a total of 50 participants. The results of community service activities show that there has been a significant increase in the ability of health cadre members, this is shown from the results of the pre-test, the lowest score is 36, the highest score is 60 and the average score is 55.4. While the results of the post-test obtained the lowest score of 75 and the highest score of 90, with an average value of 85.6. This basic emergency training activity should be carried out routinely, especially for the development and training of health cadres in the community.
