PEMBERDAYAAN KADER POSYANDU DALAM DETEKSI DINIDAN PENANGANAN AWAL KEGAWATDARURATAN IBU HAMIL DI DESA SUMBER PORONG WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LAWANG

Abstract

One of the efforts to support health in Indonesia is prioritizing efforts to improve the health status of mothers and children, especially in groups that are most vulnerable to health, such as pregnant women, postpartum mothers and newborns. The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in 2012 in Malang City reached 164.64 per 100,000 live births and the results of data from the Health Office in the district. Malang, the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) during childbirth in 2012 reached 61.29 per 100,000 (Malang Health Office, 2012). The results of the initial survey at the Lawang Community Health Center, seeing that there is a trend of increasing maternal and child mortality rates after childbirth, it is necessary to make efforts to reduce the mortality rate of pregnant women during childbirth. Efforts that can be made include assistance and outreach to pregnant women and health cadres, and empowering the community, especially health cadres through Posyadu Cadre Training. The aim of Community Service (Pengabmas) is to train Posyadu Cadres in Early Detection and Early Treatment of Pregnant Women's Emergencies in Sumber Porong Village, District. Lawang District. Poor. Community Service (Pengabmas) is carried out in Sumber Porong Village, Lawang Community Health Center Working Area, involving Posyandu cadres spread across 16 RWs with a cadre of 70 Posyandu cadres. Based on the results of the evaluation of community service activities, it was proven that this activity was able to increase the knowledge and skills of posyandu cadres in carrying out early detection and early emergency treatment of pregnant women using the Poedji Rochjat Score Card. The village head feels grateful and grateful to the Director of the Malang Ministry of Health Polytechnic, especially to the lecturers and students from Campus II of the Lawang Applied Nursing Undergraduate Study Program who came down and participated directly in maintaining and improving the health status of mothers and children through empowering Posyadu Cadres in Early Detection and Initial treatment of emergencies for pregnant women. The posyandu cadres are very enthusiastic about participating in training activities despite their limitations, in fact they hope that this kind of activity will not just stop here, they hope that this activity will take place on an ongoing basis
