IMPLEMENTASI BALURAN JAHE KUNYIT PADA WANITAMENOPAUSE YANG MENGALAMI NYERI SENDI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS CIPTOMULYO KOTA MALANG

Latar Belakang: Menopause merupakan fase alami dalam kehidupan wanita yang ditandai dengan penurunan hormon estrogen, yang berdampak pada berbagai perubahan fisik dan psikologis, termasuk nyeri sendi. Salah satu alternatif menanganan non-farmakologis yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan terapi tradisional baluran jahe kunyit.
Objektif: Menggambarkan implementasi baluran jahe kunyit pada wanita menopause di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ciptomulyo Kota Malang.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus deskriptif dengan 2 subjek penelitian dan dilakukan pada 8-15 April 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi langsung dan kuisioner dalam pengambilan data dengan instrumen yang sudah disiapkan.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat nyeri secara bertahap pada subjek 1 dan subjek 2 setelah dilakukan terapi baluran jahe kunyit selama tujuh hari.
