SOSIALISASI PENANGANAN PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORARGIK DENGAN CODE STROKE DI RUANG IGD RUMAH SAKIT SIMPANG LIMA GUMUL (SLG) KABUPATEN KEDIRI

Stroke is a condition where the blood supply to the brain decreases due to blockage or bleeding. The system for handling acute infarction stroke is the stroke code, namely by administering alteplase drugs when the patient has a stroke which is between 3-4.5 hours after symptoms appear. The purpose of alteplase drug administration is to improve blood flow to the brain so as to reduce the disability rate due to infarction stroke. The absence of SPO for the implementation of code stroke can cause less than optimal service. The implementation of this community service is divided into three stages, namely the first stage is the socialisation of SPO for nurses, the second stage is the implementation role play activity, and the last is the evaluation stage. The results of the evaluation of the socialisation of the stroke code obtained an increase in knowledge of the stroke code with pretest results with an average score of 70.4 and post test with an average score of 89.6. It is hoped that after this community service activity it can improve services in the hospital.
