IMPLEMENTASI KEPERAWATAN KELUARGA PADA PASIEN STROKE DENGAN DEFISIT NUTRISI DI PUSKESMAS ARJUNO KOTA MALANG

Stroke is a clinical condition characterized by a sudden onset of focal neurological deficits, which persist for at least 24 hours and are caused by structural abnormalities of the brain. Method This study uses a descriptive case study type of research. Descriptive studies are research that is analyzed in depth both in terms of the circumstances of the case, as well as the actions and reactions of the case to a treatment of certain exposures. Result this study shows that the families of subjects 1 and subject 2 have increased knowledge about the implementation of family nursing in stroke patients with nutritional deficit problems. Conclusion this study shows that education on nutrition fulfillment and personal hygiene in families with stroke has proven to be effective in increasing family knowledge. The evaluation used in nursing care is a summative evaluation which observes changes in the subject's behavior or health status at the end of nursing care, as educational material about the implementation of family nursing for stroke patients with nutritional deficiency issues.
