IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PRAKTEK KEPERAWATAN PROFESIONAL (MPKP) DI RUMAH SAKIT : LITERATURE REVIEW

Nursing services are part of health services that provide comprehensive health services that achieve promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative aspects for the community. The application of the Professional Nursing Practice Method is expected to reflect the efforts of all nurses to advance the quality of nursing care in hospitals. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of Professional Nursing Practice Method in hospitals. This research design uses a literature review, namely a series of studies to collect data or a synthesis of sources related to the research topic from various sources, including books, documentation, internet libraries and also from several journals that have been researched by previous researchers which have been screened carefully. inclusion and exclusion criteria using several databases, namely Google Scholar, Lib UI, and SINTA which will be used as a literature review in this research. There were 200 journals that matched the keywords which were screened into 5 journals that matched the theme and analyzed which examined the application of the Professional Nursing Practice Method. The results of the research showed that one journal stated that it was not effective, one journal had an influence/difference, two journals were in the good category and one journal was in the appropriate category. In implementing the Professional Nursing Practice Method optimally and in a good category, nurses must make professional values, professional relationships, management approaches, nursing care systems, and reward compensation systems in accordance with nursing standards by looking at performance and determining the appropriate Professional Nursing Practice Method model.
